I am Sebin Lee (이세빈), a Master’s student in the Department of Metaverse and Culture Contents at Soongsil University. I conduct my research at the 33Lab (Enhanced Experience Lab) under the supervision of Professor Jungjin Lee.

My research interests lie at the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Graphics (CG), and Virtual Reality (VR), with a particular focus on computer-mediated entertainment, including live streaming and avatar-mediated entertainment (virtual concerts and virtual streamers). My research primarily focuses on investigating the experiences of both audiences and creators in these environments and on designing novel interactions that enhance engagement and support the content-creation process.

Beyond my primary research, I have collaborated with corporate partners and national labs on various HCI projects, ranging from user experience research in mobile stock trading to enhancing in-vehicle passenger experiences. I also serve as a reviewer for premier conferences in my field (e.g., ACM CHI and ACM MM) and have received recognition for outstanding reviews.

I earned my Bachelor of Engineering from the Global School of Media at Soongsil University. Before my graduate studies, I co-founded travel-tech and social startups, serving as their Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
